Brad has two 10 yard dump trucks and equipment which allows for small or large residential jobs. Brad has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of excavating from land clearing to home site preparation to septic system installations to driveways to finish grading. >Pole Barn Site Prep – Brad will come out to your job site and assist you in proper placement of your Pole Barn to meet your needs. Proper grade and compaction of material is important for your pole barn site. Brad will ensure that the site is ready for your pole barn contractor to construct your shop. 

>Clallam County Licensed Septic System Installer – Brad has been installing septic systems in Clallam County for more than 20 years. He has developed strong business relationships with many local designers and is familiar with their individual design specifications. He also has great rapport with the city, county and state inspectors.    

>Land Clearing/Site Development – From heavy forested properties to smaller new home site development. Brad can assist you with fully developing your property or selectively removing problem trees and brush from the site.    

>New Home or Remodel Site Preparation – Home or remodel site prep is Brad’s specialty. Getting the grade correct makes the construction easier for your home builder/concrete contractor. And Brad always likes to park out the site prior to leaving.    

>Utilities – In addition to Septic System Installations, Brad can assist you with bringing power, water, cable and phone to your site. Brad knows who to contact to get the job done and wants to leave the site dressed up prior to moving the equipment out.    

>Road Building/Driveways – Whether it’s an access road or a decorative driveway that you desire, Brad can work out all the details to meet your needs. Brad likes to work with the customer to be sure their needs are met.    

>Curtain Drains/Drainage Plans – If you have an engineered drainage plan, Brad will install the system as designed and work with the designer to ensure proper installation. Or maybe you have excess water on your property or around your home; Brad can work with you to install the proper curtain drain for your site.
